"I’ve used Discount Tire for years because I do a lot of moving/traveling and they’re all over the place. I’ve always had good experiences with them. The crew at this location is no exception. They’ve been spot on every time I’ve been in there. They’re always friendly, informative, and happy to help customers compare different options for their vehicles. A hidden pothole did a number on two of my wheels. At my last tire rotation, they pointed out that they had very slight bends on the inside that would probably get worse over time. I found a good replacement set(all 4) and brought them in today. Alex and Dylan helped me out. They checked the replacements for any issues, got all four of my tires swapped over to the new wheels, balanced them, and put together a full sized spare for me. I still had my keys back in under an hour!"

"Great experience! I spoke with Alex May about having my tires balanced. He went through the usual inspection and update about the state of the current tires. While there was some wear, he didn't do a sales pitch. He gave good information and was very knowledge about the products and what I could expect as we head into the cooler months. The big thing for me was he didn't push products or service that I didn't need. When it does come time to replace my tires, I will be visiting this Discount Tire and talking with Alex."
"My SUV had a slow leak, and a family member referred me to this place. Right from get go, it was an extremely pleasant experience. A lion's share of the credit for that goes to Mr. Alex May, the Assistant Manager. He was outright welcoming, extremely cooperative, exceedingly courteous and immensely helpful. He explained to me technical matters that were very well understood. And then he did everything possible to get me on my way to a better solution to my particular issue. I agreed with my wife when she later mentioned that, "Mr. May seems to enjoy what he does." Overall, the functioning at that store seemed pretty streamlined, and I'm sure a lot of happy customers leave that place everyday."
