"I’ll never shop here again. I’m so mad, we went to this location and got some clothes for our kids and this whole store had sale signs on every single shelf, and the sign out front said the whole store was up to 50% off. So I get them a bunch of clothes and the price came out to a lot but I didn’t think much of it, and then I’m looking at my receipt when I get home (an hour away) and only one thing got discounted, everything else was charged full price but I only got things that were on discounted shelves. When I call back I get attitude from the employee and she says to bring everything back plus receipt and tags. I don’t have time for this, it should’ve been correct the first time. This is not the first time this has happened at this location too. I’m gonna take the L but I won’t shop here again."

"one employee came to finally help me check out when there was already four employees at the cash register but they were too busy gossiping to see that I had been standing there waiting to be helped however this other employee on the other side of the store drop what she was doing ( organizing the clothes) and came over so nicely to help and the other employees still sat there gossiping her name was star hire more employees with her work ethic"

"My shopping experience was great; however, I experienced something that I hope to never experience at this location again. On Saturday, December 5, 2020, I went to the cash register to purchase my items. One of the cashiers in the middle (young white woman) told me to come ahead so she could check me out. As she proceeded to scan my items, the manager/supervisor rudely told her to go fold clothes and to get off of the register. I don’t know what was going on with the manager or if that specific employee had angered her in some type of way, but that was not professional at all. The manager proceeded to log the cashier off the register and storm to the back of the store. It is ashamed that supervisors are treating their subordinates in such a way, especially in from of customers. I hope that the employee can get a better job because there is no way she can deal with that type of behavior from a manager everyday."

"i bought a $42 holiday dress and it bled red dye all over my other laundry. i followed the tag instructions that say wash cold w like colors. my other clothes have red and pink splotches all over them! i will never shop there again. way to sell poor quality to turn a profit. greedy and shameful. Also, the picture on this website is nothing like the store layout in reality. The store is so crammed. Good luck trying to shop in there w kids, let alone have even a small stroller."

"Recently visited with my wife to take advantage of their Memorial Day Sale. The store was well organized. It didn't feel cramped. There was plenty of selection to choose from. They had plenty of size options available for each article of clothing. The staff was very helpful, especially at the register. Our cashier was pretty patient with us. No complaints here!"
