"After a year, vehicle is still waiting on parts, and owner never reaches out to give update just excuses every time i call. just because its European vehicle doesn't meen all parts are coming from Europe, work quality and owners responsibility did decrease dramatically, AVOID THIS SHOP, 1st vehicle i took ok, 2nd vehicle took longer this is the 3rd and last no sense of urgency at all pretty much owner told me "your vehicle is not the only vehicle we have to work on"."

"CLIENTS BEWARE! If any clients are looking to get frustrated by lack of commitment, communication and the runarounds constantly being given by the owner Jerry, then look no further. Don’t count on any of his statements as he consistently lies about the quality of service. Took my vehicle in, it was not worked on for two months, despite being told that the vehicle was almost ready. Had to go in person and ask about the status of the vehicle only to come find out that the vehicle had been sitting in the same spot that it was left at. Do not dismiss the negative reviews on this shop, they are as accurate as can be. Also, do not count on the owner to be available. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop at all costs. Your time and money is worth taking elsewhere."

"This will be my 2nd review, since Jerry basically paid us to take down the first negative review... In about 2 weeks it will be a WHOLE year that Jerry has been "working" on our truck! We keep hearing the same excuses all the time and he has probably told us over 20 times already that our truck will be ready by the end of the week! And still nothing! This has gotten out of hand already and it's not fair to the customer! NEVER have we had this experience with any other shop, and a whole year waiting for the truck to get fixed is just ridiculous!! Jerry, the owner of this shop, is a liar... And if the truck was so difficult to fix then why not consider it a total loss!"

"Jerry and his crew did an awesome job. Came in to repair a paint job a Chevy dealership did and came out amazing. Even got a full wash and detail. This shop has earned a repeat customer for sure. Truck went in on a Wednesday, picked up Friday before closing. Highly recommend!!"
