"Our room was excellent. Nice size, very clean, and smelled good. Bathroom was also nice and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I have no complaints and recommend this hotel for other looking for a nice place to stay at a good value."

"The staff was friendly and attentive. The lobby and room was clean, only issue was flies in the room, probably due to staff leaving door open while cleaning. Our friends room had no flies. Breakfast was very lacking, only one table to sit at."

"I wouldn't exactly expect a lot from a hotel of this type, and we were just stopping in for a quick stay during a road trip, but I DO know I expected a more cleanliness and better workmanship. One good thing: the bathroom soap/shampoo/lotion dispensers were nice and easy to use. The shower was decent. That's about all we liked. This place was really pretty disgusting. 1-Smelly room (like urine and cigarette smoke) 2- Humid room, for some reason, even though the climate of the area is not humid. Just felt moist and unclean. Yuck. 3- There were bugs in the bathroom (dead and alive). 4- There was a huge crack in the middle of the tub, going from one side to the other, which might explain where the bugs came from. 5- Whoever did the last remodel job slapped paint on really quickly and tiles are loose in the bathroom on the floor. 5- The water has some serious issues. It comes out looking like half milk. I believe it is just bubbles but it would scare a LOT of people. I would never drink it. 6- My husband went down to the "lobby" to get some breakfast and there wasn't much to get...he brought me yogurt and a cup of coffee, which is about all he could find to eat himself. We never expect much from these complimentary breakfasts but this one was worse than the usual. Bottom line: even for a quick stop along a road trip, this place is horrible. If it had cost only around $60 MAYBE they could get away with some of the flaws, but really...no hotel should offer a person a room in this bad of shape. It needs a big remodel. Either tear down the hotel and start over (it IS a good location) or close for a while for a huge renovation. My advice."
