"Even though it was a Friday and they were packed, service was excellent. This was my first time here as I'm new to Dumas. The food was delicious and hot and the Frozen Peach Margarita was yummy. "Thank goodness for places like The Plaza. What a wonderful experience it was to eat there with our family. We were in town for a funeral, and they accommodated all 25 of us and the service was amazing. The food topped the excellent services. My wife is Gluten Intolerant and the Naked Crispy Relleno was made to perfection. I had the Taco Locos and was in heaven enjoying each bite. The entire team that worked there were great at helping us with our needs. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone that enjoys food from South of the Border to hurry on into The Plaza as you will not be disappointed."

"Place is fantastic. Alex (in the bar) was really a great server and made the visit fun and enjoyable. had her try and make me a margarita that wasn't on the menu (jalapeno/pineapple) and she did an amazing job. Really, food... service..drinks... everything was great. I'll definitely be back!!"
