"I love Braum's, I bought my regular combo but substituted my drink for a shake... Unfortunately I found 4 small pieces of plastic in my shake... Called the store to let them know what had occurred was told my next shake was free and management pulled the particular ice cream from which my shake was made... good food great customer service... I let management know stuff happens, don't worry about the shake but be mindful of what I found in my shake... I will go back their to eat, because I know everything else was perfect, yeah I wanted a perfect shake but it didn't happen but they tried to give me the best service. What else can be ask of them. Thank you Braum's"

"Definitely the worst Braum’s I’ve been to. I’ve tried it a handful of times hoping it would get better but it hasn’t. Every time I order the make me pull forward and wait for 10-15 minutes. They do this whether you order ice cream, an actual meal, etc. They even do this when nobody else is in line. Also they short you on the food heavily. I ordered a number 10 and they didn’t even include my roll with the meal. Also I only got 4 chicken strips that were about the size of my little toe."

"Would have been great except this is supposed to be 2 double jalapeño with pepper jack cheese. Even pointed to and read the sign outlook to the cashier. They screwed out of at least $4.00. We were served regular cheese burgers. That's what you get ordering to go. And the sign we both pointed to was at the register and the cashier read it herself."

"Amazing staff and good quality food for a good price. Didn’t get a chance to have any dessert but the burgers, chicken strips and breakfast options were great. Definitely a decent stop for traveling through. Also, parking for big trucks and RVs. Only about five spots. Easy to pull out."
