"Ordered pizza for delivery and it took an hour and a half to arrive! I tried to call store to see what was going over and over and no answer! After the hour I called to cancel and no one would answer my call! Pizza arrived absolutely not fresh at all! Cold and cheese in stuff crust hard. Horrible experience! We are leaving right now to go out and eat. I will never order from this location again! I would like a refund for this cold pizza."
"A special thank you to Jared for such wonderful customer service. It was extremely busy, but he always was positive and kept a smile on his face and was polite to everyone that came in. The food was fresh and delicious. I forgot to get the cooks name but the one who worked the night of 11/2/23 was working hard making all the food! Thank you"
"Horrible service. Took to long to deliver. Store kept lying. Food was cold, hard, inedible. Monica was EXTREMELY RUDE. So they just give a canned response. I am going to call my bank and dispute the charge. I wish I would have read the reviews first. How in the world does MONICA still have a job. They need to add the choice for a '0'."
