"Been ordering from this location for many years, lately their delivery service has been awful. About 3 weeks ago the pizza that I ordered was delivered like it was rolled down the stairs, it was all messed up in the box. I called and complained, and they gave me store credit. A week later I placed another order for a pizza, wings, and dessert, and after about an hour and a half of not showing up I opened the front door, and my order was there sitting in the floor all cold. The delivery driver did not knock on the door or rang the doorbell, they just placed it on the floor and left. I will never order again."

"Ordered from this location for the last 3 years. And just recently they’ve had a 2+ hour wait. Won’t answer the phone so I literally drove there so I could see what the deal is. Offered no real explanation other than ask if I wanted to cancel. Last two times I’ve had to cancel my order because after an hour they haven’t even started on my order."

"Carry out. First time to return since 2019. App worked properly (one of the reasons I gave up on the chain) and the pies were hot. Can’t go over three stars since it’s “sling em” out pizza as opposed to the massive difference in a wood fired. Still reasonable quality for something fast."

"This location is good most of the time, but last time I had to cancel my order that I scheduled at a specific time, but had not even left the store. Today I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and there was barely anything on it, so I "made a claim" and received points for a free pizza, but it would have been nice to receive what was ordered to begin with. Also the cheese was burned onto the bread."

"I order from this location a few times a month - the buffalo sauce is usually visual. When I bite into the sandwich I can taste the buffalo sauce. I called to inform the staff that I was not satisfied with the taste or appearance of my sandwich. They tried to explain that they measure the sauce and that it was on the sandwich. I told them that I will eat if I have to because I did not want to waste my money, but I was not happy at all. They offered to send me another sandwich."
