"I usually have a good shopping experience here but this particular night wasn’t so pleasant. I walked in the store and noticed the clerk was being rude to a customer I didn’t say anything cause I thought nothing of it at the time but when I went to check out the clerk was mad and then when I paid she practically thought the change at me. It was the worst encounter experience I’ve had with a clerk ever."

"Friona, Texas: The older Hispanic female clerk who worked 10/28/2020, at 8:30 am was very rude. I guess she can't leave the problems she has at home, at home. When asked where certain items would be, she sarcastically and with an attitude replied, "I would start looking in the cleaning isle." When confronted about her attitude and informed that a complaint would be filed, she replied that "she wouldn't be let go because 'FAMILY DOLLAR' couldn't even keep employees." My family and friends enjoy supporting our local community. It's hard to do when our local businesses hire and keep employees such as this lady. My family and friends have decided to avoid this particular Family Dollar. We also encourage others who have been through a similar ordeal, to avoid this store as well. No use in supporting a disrespectful employee."
