"I had come here to buy scrubs for a new job I’m starting and I explained to him that I was looking for L/XL bottoms and L/XL tops depending on material because everything fits different and I’m pregnant. The guy pulled some options but we’re very limited to selection because he said the L/XL selections don’t sell well for him. He kept trying to sell me mediums in everything. I kept telling him I didn’t like them and that they were too small. I asked for scrub tops with the single pocket on the chest rather than the ones that are across your tummy so I could tuck it in. The guys response was “well I don’t really have any of those because big girls don’t typically tuck their tops in, just tiny girls. So I’d have to special order your big girl size.” Not sure when L/XL became a “special order” size but I was taken back by this because I’m not a “big” girl, even with being 4 months pregnant. I then found a men’s set that seemed to work and asked if he could hold them for me. About this time he ripped them from my hands and said “we don’t do holds.” And I asked if I could take a photo of the brand and style and he said “we don’t allow photos” and so I asked how I was supposed to know what style I liked and fit me best if I couldn’t take a photo? He then replied with “not my problem”. At this moment I laughed and left the store. I would NOT recommend coming back to this place if you are anything larger than a medium. I went to the outlet mall in round rock and found EXACTLY what I needed in 10 minutes tops. This place is AWFUL."

"Anyone and everyone in the area who needs scrubs needs to come here. The owner offers personalized service; he picked out every option he had in the color scrub I needed (top and pants + jacket) and put them in a dressing room for me. When I wanted to try on smaller sizes, he got those for me. While I was there, he was speaking with another customer and immediately ordered the size she needed in the color he needed. My co worker also said he ordered petite sizes for her when he didn't have them in stock. I'm a proponent of supporting local business and this store was way easier to shop at than ordering and having to return things from Amazon! Thank you, agree with all previous reviews about customer service being top tier!"

"The owner is amazing and incredibly helpful. I walked in told him where I worked and he immediately knew what I needed. He walked me around helped me pick out a few styles to try on and made sure I got everything I needed. At the end of everything we had a very nice conversation. Beyond that they have an awesome selection of scrubs to choose from all of which are great quality. Absolutely without a doubt recommend this place if you are ever in need of scrubs."

"The owner’s wife was very helpful when I told her I had time constraints but needed a specific medical garment. She knew her inventory thoroughly and quickly found me 4-5 options in my size, color of choice, length and material type. I was super impressed on how quickly I was able to get into the dressing room, make my purchase and left the store. I will be returning to purchase scrubs again and place an order for an item I needed that was sold out."
