"Bought a backpack as a gift for my cousin. I noticed a white thing on the bag and even though it was small, it’s a GIFT and I wanted it to be in perfect condition to give. A lady with a blue tattoo on her right arm and short, curly hair came up to us with a nasty attitude and asked “what’s wrong.” I explained that there was a white spot and wanted to see if there was another one maybe in the back. Before I could finish, she grabbed the backpack and scratched it a bit and said “THERE” and slapped her hand on her leg in annoyance. Horrible and childish attitude from this wack grown woman. I understand that it was a small thing to be nitpicking about but she could have handled it more professionally."
