"Went in looking for shoes for work. Jake was welcoming and spent his time and energy to help me identify which ones would work best. They spent their time going through the mechanics of the shoes and how they’ll address deficits. Great place to check out!"
"I received my order and the shoe was defected. spoke with the manager to swap it out for a different one since the first pair was the display model. He assured me that they had 7 in stock in another store and that would arrive by Thursday. I never received a phone call that my shoes were in, I called the store and seems like they never ordered my shoes. I made it very clear that I needed them by Friday since I was going out of the country. I went by the store today to return the shoes and instead of getting a refund they charged my card twice. I didn’t even know until they called me to tell me their error and they would be more than happy to give me credit for 2 pair of shoes. Excuse me? Your giving me back my money that is owed to me. lol Manager is worthless didn’t even offer a discount or made any efforts to make this right for having to go there 4 times in less than a week. Will never go there again."
"This is a great Fleet Feet! The staff are warm, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, were patient and great to work with. I ended up buying online to get a different color but they offered to find them at a different local store for me I’d they were available. I highly recommend going here in person."

"Great first time experience at Fleet Feet in Cinco Ranch! Lance was great asking me questions about my experience running and did a scan on my feet to identify what type of running shoe would give me more knee stability and support while running. He also recommended a few things that were helpful while running. The store vibe was very welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning to this location with my son to buy him a pair of sneakers."
