"I went in to buy a purse as always. I use my husband military dis.The manager said I couldn’t do it since he was not there. I was like we can face time we can show our Driver license match whats the problem.Its crazy how people make a big deal it wasn’t a big deal when my husband fought for our country the time he was away from our family. Thats why that manager and all of us have our freedom so sad cause of our families who join to stand up for our freedom people out here have to appreciate the services that really upset me. I will never buy from a store that acts that way. I am a retail manager and I can bend the rules if theres enough evidence like come on."

"Customer service did not meet expectations. My boyfriend is graduating college and the only thing he wanted was this messenger bag. We saw this at the Coach Men’s Outlet in Cypress and it was the last one. The last one they said in any store. It shows a lot of creases in the sides, and a scratch on the front. Not the condition it should be in new. I said I’d buy it because it’s the only thing my boyfriend wanted, but would appreciate them working with me with even a 5% discount because of the condition. They refused and said I didn’t have to buy it and could wait for future releases. In my personal opinion, they were somewhat dismissive and didn’t meet the customer service levels that the store in the San Marcos Outlets do. They said the leather is just like that and it’s normal. I have multiple Coach purses and that is not true. These pictures are from the benches outside the store not even 10 minutes after buying, just to show the condition true to when I bought it."
