Foot Locker

"Just walked out of this store. The staff was very friendly BUT I'm not sure if he's the manager, but an older bald African American man was berating a younger African American guy about how "if it takes you longer than 45 seconds to find a pair of shoes then you're doing something wrong!" Then asking him if he understood what he was saying like if he was an idiot. He had yelled out a size of shoe that he needed prior to this, but all I know is I would not appreciate anyone speaking to me this way, let alone of of my children. Most of the staff looked young and they were running around doing their best to help everyone and very polite and friendly. That older man definitely needs some training on how to treat staff, and a possible demotion for the less than 5 minute interaction I witnessed, and to the employee great job keeping your composure and remaining professional under such awful leadership!"

"Came here with my girlfriend since she wanted new shoes. We browsed for a bit and after about 10 minutes we ended up in the mens section since she liked the color ways more. An associate, Skyler, came over to check on us and see what we needed. As we were speaking to her a manager asked my girlfriend what size she was and she was confused since he hadn’t greeted us or interacted with us at all so we were confused. From there he asked her if she wore womenswear or mens shoes and she told him she doesn’t care they’re just shoes and he then told Skyler “where should you be leading my customer?” And we all shared a look of confusion and he redirected my girlfriend to the woman’s side while I let skyler know that was a bit uncomfortable. From there we browsed for another 15-25 minutes but she was completely patient and understanding and incredibly helpful. We finally got a pair but as we were checking out I noticed the same manager hovering over us but again not interacting with us. We checked out and all but definitely very odd and a bit uncomfortable from the manager but Skyler was very helpful. Throughout the experience other associates checked on us as well the team was great just needs a better manager who isn’t condescending or weird."

"The atmosphere was good and the employees were very helpful. The only thing I disliked was the limited amount of shoe selections at this location. Their inventory was low as far as having certain shoes stocked in my size."

"They tend to close when they feel like it regardless of posted hours... holiday hours say 7pm and I'm outside as of 6:38pm. It's about 12 employees inside just looking at everyone attempt to come inside. I've witnessed 4 people come up... I was going to purchase 5 pairs of shoe myself."

"Do they have a wide variety? Yes they do. Talk about shoes galore. So many styles and colors. The facility is very clean and all. The issue I had with this Foot Locker is how the salespeople were not around. They're not on the floor like I'm used to seeing. I needed help, but they were nowhere in sight. I had to wait and go look for one. Maybe they're understaffed. No one came to ask if we needed help. You literally have to hunt them down. Also, I was in the middle of a conversation with the salesperson and he actually answered the phone. To me that's pretty unprofessional. I won't be going back. It has good displays though."
