"This place is terrible, I have been trying to exchange cloths since Christmas. They don't answer the phone. They told me to come back because the truck get there on Wednesday, then when I get up there they tell me to come back the next day because they haven't opened the boxes. I live to far and paid to much money as it is for the cloth to make multiple trips just to exchange 2 pieces of clothing. This place should get zero stars"

"Turning their computers off early before closing time, no gift cards for refunds, and worst of all they don’t answer the phone. I called multiple times over the course of two days before driving over for that to happen. If they’d answered the phone I could have asked my questions and known not to come there. Very disappointing. Better to just deal online and not come here since it’s the only Houston location."
