"Unbelievable, I purchased a pair of shoe as gift and when they were the wrong shoesI tried to return them. The manager advised me they did not have the shoe I was looking for, so I asked for a refund the manager said they don't give money back and I told him you don't have the shoe. He said I would have to take a gift card in place of cash. I told him I wanted my money back and he said he can't do that it was gift card only. I had to keep the shoes and settle for nothing and try and find the shoe I need. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER RED PENNY IN THIS STORE AGAIN. The policy is not posted nor is it on the receipt."

"Went in on Saturday 03/04/23 at 6:30 pm when we entered not one person greeted us they where all laughing at the register laughing and talking playing on their phones. I asked about a True religion shirt the guy didn't even stop playing on his phone to come over and help!!!! Horrible customer service!!!"

"This is about the 3rd time I have came to this location and they locked the doors 30 min before closing time. My wife asked what time they close on Christmas eve. And the young lady said we have 12 hrs to come in and shop they close 30 minutes early to clean up. And had the worst attitude. And the manager just stood there while she basically told the customers we on they time schedule not the stores. I usually shop there all the time, but thank gob Hibbert sports opened across the street that will be my new spot."

"Very first time ever stepping foot in a DTLR and I will never step foot in another! I don’t care what location it is! Upon walking in, there were 2 young girls standing at the door like they were door greeters and that’s where they stayed my entire visit and one young lady behind the register ringing up a customer. My daughter and I were in the store around 20mins looking at shoes and clothing. Not one time were we approached and offered assistance or told about any promotions or current sales. I guess DTLR doesn’t drive SALES with their employees. The girls the entire time engaged in personal conversation. I was inquiring about a price on a shoe as the price was not displayed on the shoe and I had to wait until they finished laughing to get their attention. When the girl behind the counter finished with her customer she also joined the girls in conversation. But by this time not only was it them it was also boys who didn’t work there sitting on the display tables. So not only were they not doing their job they also had company at work! This just blew my mind! Check your cameras between 5:30 and 6:30 on 1/15/21. TRAINING TRAINING TRAINING OPPORTUNITY!!!"

"The sad thing is I didn’t even go inside, and that was the problem. On Sunday’s this location closes at 5pm. I walked up to the door at 4:45pm and the young lady working there immediately locked the door and gestured that the store was “closed”. I said okay.. but then looked at the Hours sign on the door and it said the location closed at 5pm. Very unfortunate, me and a few other customers were just standing outside confused."
