"Horrible shoe shopping experience here. Come in and the female employee (Kayla) instantly insults me with saying she can’t help me because of my Seahawks jersey. She then does not know the discounts in store vs. online discounts. I then proceed to find a certain shoe and ask what discounts I can get on it. She tells me $85 to $90 with tax, I said that sounds good (she then goes to the back to find the size) and since they didn’t have the size let’s order it to get shipped in. Once going through the process she tells me $140, I said that’s not what you just told me. Kayla J. reply was it was her family and friend discount and I’m not her family so she can’t give that to me. I wonder, why the hell would I ask for her family discount? The manager (Roger) just tells me she misunderstood the question and sorry about that. I did call and order with the rep who gave me the discount because of the stores lack of integrity and going by what they offered. Order online, not at this store."
