"This store needs to be closed down. The merchandise is mediocre and the worst part is the customer service is horrific! The lady that rang up my returns today10/29/23 ( did not know the components of their receipts. The top part of the receipt was slightly worn and the numbers could not be scanned. She immediately TRIED to state the numbers on the receipt had been erased!! I'm thinking to myself ERASED are you kidding me!! Lady the item was $5.99 I don't have the time nor the energy to erase anything off a receipt ma'am. As I examined the receipt I noticed down in the middle the transit numbers were right there. I showed them to her so she could complete my return. I hate I didn't get her name to report it this incident to their corporate office. At the end of the transaction I politely told her WELL AT LEAST you learned about the dynamics of your store receipts today. I guess she thinks that all black people making multiple returns are thieves or something. I really wish I had her information this was totally racist and indignant behavior. I like DD's as store but will never be shopping at the CEDAR HILL location again."
"This was my 1st visit to dd's. Went to purchase clothes for a Veteran who needed professional clothing for a job interview. Budget friendly and found a couple of home decor items- very impressed."

"Rude worker pushed past us and our 3 kids as we were looking at toys. we said she could go around she said "i don't have to go around for anyone" and ran to the back. then we put a cart in the wrong spot and another rude worker just grabs and throws it to the other side. I shouldn't be surprised dds always hires the wrong people"
