"I’m so not one to write a negative review. I’m very thankful for Rag and Bone apparel, and their stores! I’ve shopped Rag and Bone for years. Today, at the Highland Park store in Dallas, I was shocked at how I was treated! While waiting 30 minutes in the extreme heat, because of a sign on the door stating that they are restricting occupancy, which is totally understandable and expected at this time, I noticed that there was only one person in the store shopping. The staff knew I was waiting the entire time. As the customer was checking out, the sales associate cracked the door to tell me that he is so sorry but it’s time to do a 30 minute cleaning of the entire store. Really???"
