"Among the rudest staff I have come across in customer service anywhere in Dallas. Had gone to return a small online purchase - should have been easy enough to process. It took 3 people to figure out how to enter an item # in the system (which is ok, these things can happen). However, one of the ladies was extremely rude and accusatory when I quoted the amount I paid for the item. Other customers - if you like feeling belittled, talked down to and insulted while not being helped for 10 mins, this is the place for you. If you want some basic human decency, there are plenty of other stores with better designs, prices and definitely better people all around the mall. Store managers - strongly recommend reviewing the performance of the middle aged employee with the “short boy” hair cut. My last time purchasing from land’s end (online or in person)"

"Lands End has fine quality clothing for men, women and children. It is certainly not known for avant-garde fashion, but specially for outdoor wear it cannot be beat. They actually offer estimates of how much protection a jacket might offer. For example a jacket might say good to 10°, meaning if it's 10 degrees they expect you to be quite warm in their jacket. The stores are relatively small but very efficient, displays are helpful. Staff are also helpful and one can order from the Lands End catalog in the store and not pay a shipping fee."
"Good store with very nice employees. Yvette went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. My only complaint was the small men’s section and how much of it was dedicated to swim trunks. Also, the school uniform section had clothing laid out for about 4 private schools. It seems to me since this is a specific customer base they wouldn’t need to use valuable floor space and could just bring it out as people request it."
