"I visited on a Saturday morning to make a return for an online purchase that didn't fit. I walked by two employees who didn't look up and then walked to the counter to see another employee who didn't look up. I stated that I needed to make a return because the shirt didn't fit and he just reached out for it and started the return. Not, do you want to try another size, look around, how are you, sorry it didn't fit. Nothing. Mute like the rest of them. He processed the return, printed a receipt and walked off. So if you want that type of service and that type of experience then you will love STAG. Maybe that's just a thing now that I didn't know about. But either way, every brand they sell can be bought somewhere else so I'd just go online and find some other place to buy what you like."
