"My husband and I drove an hour over to the mall for our twins' birthday shopping spree. They opted to go in Hollister. They found several items they liked, a couple of which were in clearance section. At the register, a jumper came up full price even though it was in clearance section. My Husband asked abt. It but sales girl couldn't help. She asked another salesperson who claimed item was probably misplaced. There were five of these jumpers in this section. I took him back to see. Then he said he didn't know so I asked to see manager. The manager claimed they were misplaced. We pointed out there were five items back there. There was no rack in the reg section with other jumpers. The manager sd. No less than 5 times, "Well you can pay full price." I tried to point out that this was false advertising. Again, "You can pay full price." So, we left over $200 in merchandise at the register and walked out. We gave our business to James Avery. I teach business concepts to high school students and this manager was the worst I have ever seen. sakesgirl"

"Just was in Hollister and got terrible customer service. A male employee walked in on me while I was in the changing room (there are no locks) and didn’t once apologize. I also asked the young lady with long dark hair if an item was on sale and she gave me extreme attitude and said no and didn’t look at me. Turns out it was on sale. She could have at least checked. Told her it was on sale by the way when walking out and she said “cool,” and the other boy working next to her started laughing. This employee left a terrible impression on me and hollister, and I hope hollister stops allowing that treatment from them towards customers."

"Great great customer care. So I had to return a couple of things because they came in the wrong size, and molly, a woman from Destin, Florida, was nice enough to take care of me and provide excellent attention. She made suee everything was perfect and that we were satisfied with our return and our new purchase. While trying to exchange what I had to exchange, Molly ensured that my son recieved the best sizes in pants and displayed various options as well. One great thing I noticed is that while attending us, other customers came in to the register and she ensured they were taken care of with the same kindness we received, and if anything was wrong she’d have it fixed right away. Besides that, the place seemed very welcoming, the music made it seem the style of the store, and overall the place was very well kept clean and up to date."
