"I stopped by the store in DFW airport to look for a pair of dress shoes as I was connecting to another city. I've bought shoes from this specific store and I've never had an issue before, always pleasant employees and and nice selection of shoes. After the employees said "if there is anything I can help you with please let us know" I simply asked for help and if they had any shoes that were $100 or less. I was met with a blank stare from one of the associates who responded "huh" and then the other woman said "we don't have anything under $100 in this store" "we are not outlet" -with a disgusted look on her face and rolled her eye. She then looked me up and down as if I was a piece of trash. (I'm wearing a 3 piece suit) I'm so offended at the employees tone, responses and the embarrassment they made me feel because I was looking for a $100 price point. As if $100 is cheap..."

"So one of my dress shoes completely fell apart on the way to DFW airport. Total blow out. These guys were a huge life saver. Super friendly and great to work with. John J who helped my was fantastic, and knowledge about all of there products. I was in and out in 20 mins with my new shoes. Great great experience."
