"I dont recommend to buy Thepla at this place, 5 pcs for $7, I feel it’s very high price."
"I had a terrible experience at this place. To start with, there is no kitchen on the premises. Instead, they bring in food from another location early in the morning and serve it throughout the day. The staff seem to lack the knowledge and expertise required to prepare any of the dishes. We ordered their Chat, and it was simply terrible. The samosas were burnt to a crisp, and it appeared that they had been sitting in a heater for far too long. Everything seemed to be microwaved, frozen, or both, resulting in a pathetic and disappointing taste. In my opinion, this is definitely not a place to go for food. The lack of a proper kitchen and the poor quality of the dishes make it clear that they are not interested in providing their customers with a good dining experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal."
"I called couple of mins ago to ask for fresh pav based on the person’s recommendation as of last night. She answered the call and when I asked for the pav, she disconnected. I am trying multiple times now and she is disconnecting within one ring. Pathetic service if they cannot honor their own commitment!"
"Lewisville kitchen - Rotis are giving bad smell after heating in Microwave . I took many times before never had issues , today they make an offer 1 + 1 . After putting in microwave roti is giving very bad smell. If it’s outdated please don’t keep such offers without offers fresh food is fine.Not sure what type of whole wheat you’re using . I will never buy again ."
