"Was a pretty nice HGs selection! Got some good items and store was extremely organized. Employees were scattered throughout which I've actually have yet to see before. Was pleased with the selection but wish they wouldn't put away all of the normal goods for decorations. It then turns into and extremely limited selection."
"I felt racially profiled just now as I returned 1 item, along with the receipt and ticket, which had fallen off, however, the other tags were attached. The young lady proceeded to get her scan wand, checking the information I gave her until I questioned her. Her response, we have to check. There was no need for the extra drama. I purchased this item on 5-17 and returned it today for 32.99 and purchased other items total 74.67. Do better. Don't treat me like a criminal"
"They are putting items on the shelf that LITERALLY DO NOT WORK. The box of the item wasn’t in great condition so it was probably already returned….bc it didn’t work, and they still decided let’s put this back on the shelf?? There’s really no logic for that, this is the worst location from the service to the product."
