"We have now had two visits here that were both great experiences. The first visit, we sat in the back side dining room since we came in late and it had a more intimate feel. The most recent visit, we reserved a table to sit in the left dining area deck so we could see the stage and dancefloor. The pizza, boot straps, sliders, fried pickles, salads, bread pudding, toffee cake, cheesecake and of course, the huge Clydesdale burger with sweet tater fries were all delicious and I would recommend. The calf fries I was looking forward to didnt feel like any I have had before and are the only thing I didnt enjoy. The atmosphere and dance floor with sawdust and live music were incredibly fun! Service was outstanding, they almost checked on us too often (lol)and kept our table clear! We had a reservation for 630 and stayed for 5 hours! Hostess, server, and other staff were so friendly, inviting, and helpful. Great spot for a good time in Amarillo, happy to have something like this that doesnt have the smokey bar feel and smell. Feels more like a restaurant than bar. The great food is a huge bonus too. Ive recommended to lots of people, we will be back! Alot of the bad reviews from years ago are NOT this NEW Western Horseman, so ignore those. This is a completely different place that has been remodeled and under new ownership since December 2023."

"Wonderful Valentine's Day! Fantastic service, drinks, and food! We were checked on regularly by all staff. One of the best prime filets we have ever had. Great 5-course meal at a very reasonable price for the quality and quantity of food and drink. Highly recommended!"

"Fresh remodel. The place looks great now, it was so sad before. The food was incredible. We had the steak and lobster for Valentine’s Day along with 4 other courses and everything was literal perfection. Thomas was our server and he was great all night. Very friendly and sweet. We loved it all and can’t wait to return to try out the regular menu."

"Im constantly on the road for work and i had just reserved my room here and decided to check out the steak house and it was awesome. Kate, at the bar went above and beyond to make sure that I received a great service. She was awesome, brought my food and I asked her to cut in half and she did it without any hesitant. Food was great plus the live music and couple of drinks just my night. Thank you very much"

"Newly remodeled! The place is awesome!! We had dinner there last night. It was fantastic!. Tomahawk steak was delicious. Service was great! Live band and cool dance floor. This is not the western horsemen of old. A must if you love good food and a great environment."
