"Coming from Houston, my truck broke down in Austin about a mile from ER Automotive. Eric (the owner) actually tried to help us diagnose and fix the problem over the phone before we had it towed to his shop. Once there, he was able to get our part and get the truck fixed within an hour and a half. Overall, going from "I don't know how we're going to get home" to back on the road in a little over three hours was quite the pleasant experience as far as vehicle problems go. Highly recommend!"
