"I just left the store not to long ago and I over heard one of the managers say to an employee talking about another employee “that if Niko can’t handle it to go home” (Niko was helping me before he got called over on intercom) from that point on they started talking about them and making rude jokes about them I know it’s none of my business but I don’t think its professional at all to talk about employees rudely in a workplace especially where customers can hear the conversation. Again none of my business but just thought it should be made aware."

"This dirty store needs a zero ! The workers are so nonchalant with no kindness at all !! Went into the store around 8:56pm online and on the door it states that the stores close at 10pm. As I’m shopping the loss prevention gervonie walks up to me at 9:28 in an extremely rude way to tell me we are closed and that I need to leave because I can’t purchase my items ! I asked him why didn’t he tell me that when I walked in especially since he looked at me directly in my face when I entered the store and he didn’t even speak. I was able to purchase my item so he lied to get me out obviously!! Then when I get the register Miguel acted as if he didn’t want to ring anybody out. We had to ask him to come ring us up especially since we are being rushed out the store ! The black woman HAD NO CARE IN THE WORLD ABOUT HOW I WAS RANDOMLY DISRESPECTED!! The entire store was disgusting including the workers ! Nothing was organized and it was so dirty ! Being short staff is not my problem and I shouldn’t have been talked to rudely or rushed out the store 40min early because of short staff I will never shop at this Burlington EVER AGAIN the customer service is disgusting and so was the store !!! And they still in the store. I sat here and saw multiple customers walk up and couldn’t get in they made us leave early so they can leave exactly at 10 !! Smh this is crazy and I will be calling corporate to leave another phone survey as well"
