"The girl at the drive thru wouldn’t take the card reader out the serving window to let me pay with my Apple Watch. She watched with a smile to see me struggle and enjoyed every bit of it for me to put the car in park, unbuckle my seat belt, open the door and bang it on the wall because their drive thru is poorly designed, stick my arm inside the window to tap it, and then smiled sarcastically and said “have a nice day”….. I dented my car door because she wouldn’t pull the card reader out so I had to open the door…. Poor customer service.. I have never had that experience at any other location"
"My usual is the Pike Place coffee, but it always tastes bad/weird at this location. I come at different times and it's the same. No issues at the Kroger Starbucks their Pike Place tastes fine. . My most recent visit they were out of basic mixes, caramel and then iced sugar cookie, odd. Not sure what the deal is at this location..."
"Inefficiently run it seems. Lines don’t move fast here like every other Starbucks. Today I ordered a sandwich only inside, which is usually a little faster. After waiting 25 minutes and watching everyone order and pickup their items before me, I asked for a refund. No apology, didn’t even check the ETA on my sandwich or attempt to I make it right with me for the time they absolutely wasted. Never coming back and will deter others until something gets fixed here. The line around the drive through was cleared twice while I was inside smh."
"Drive-thru flowing. In store order took 16 minutes. Mobile order placed while sitting in store took 21 minutes. Meanwhile one employee Mikel stood and did nothing but look at orders on his device. All others hustling while he stood in their way staring at an iPad like device."
"I have been a regular customer at Starbucks for the past 5 years, and I must say that I am quite satisfied with their service. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they make sure that my order is prepared exactly as I like it. The coffee is of high quality, and the pastries are always fresh and delicious.The location is convenient for me, and the staff is always attentive to my needs. I have never had to wait too long for my order, and the atmosphere is always pleasant.Overall, I would highly recommend Starbucks to anyone looking for a quality cup of coffee or tea. The service is excellent, the coffee is top-notch, and the atmosphere is always welcoming."
