"My granddaughter wanted a donut and hot chocolate, so I thought I would try the dunkin donut on 242. Since my first review NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Order 2 donuts a small coffee and small hot chocolate. Asked for napkins the said they are OUT OF NAPKINS.. coffee was cold, hot chocolate was watery, I mentioned to them the hot chocolate is watery. The girl said well that’s because we make it with water. I said it’s true, but it shouldn’t taste like water. She said that’s how we make it. The place was dirty See pictures Honestly, this location is not gonna last, went to order a cappuccino, they said they were out of espresso. How can a coffee shop be out of espresso so off to Starbucks So sad."
"Waited 17 minutes in the drive thru that had 3 people waiting in line. The man that took the payment moved with no purpose as if we were inconveniencing him. The young girl who gave the coffee almost forgot to give the food item that had been ordered. The drinks were subpar. After waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes hoping to take a sip of coffee to find I straw full of granulated sugar was unpleasant to say the least."
"The staff is clueless about the products. You order and pay for something and they give you whatever they think it is … Please train your staff! The place is new and the customer experience is terrible. If you can see my order please review what your staff did. I order a chai latte is labeled like a chai late but I got coffee… what about if I had an allergy? This is really bad."
"07/24/2023 10:30 am. I ordered avocado toast with bacon, how difficult can that be to put bacon on it. This is the third time this has happened. If you can’t get it right at a donut shop how the heck can you get your life in order!"
