"They seriously need help on days when shoes are not being released. I went in to buy a pair stood by the register over 10 minutes No help the young man that came out the back said he would help but he was off the clock. Ok I let went to the food court came back ask for the same shoe and waited another 15 mins because the lady at the register couldn't leave the front by herself. After waiting another 20 mins cause I wanted the shoes on sale nobody ever came I just walked out No help."
"At first, we didn’t get service right away, no problem we were fine looking. Then we got help. The lady was pretty good, but the best customer service came at the register. The manager or assistant not sure, went above and beyond. My husband and I appreciated her 110% customer service Thank you"

"Lil dude named Bryan I think was fantastic. He greeted me and ask if I needed help, I got the perfect size for my blazers and left. What a nice little fella"
"I called ahead before driving 45 min to make sure they had my size. They did and I asked if I could pay over the phone before making the trip. I was told it was not necessary they would hold them for me. I made the drive and was greeted by the associate that told me they would be on hold. She went back to get them and came out asking other associates if they had sold them. One of the associates said yeah I had someone that wanted them. She shook her head and came and told me sorry they got sold. If they would have just let me pay or kept there word I wouldn't have waisted a 45 min drive each way and the fuel. Very disappointing."
