"All the managers seem miserable to be working here . Not friendly at all . No greetings except one employee she's probably the only friendly staff member I've seen there . Everyone else looks miserable don't understand how you have a management position if u don't want to do your job . One is always on his phone with his airpods in . Too lazy to do anything . Jillyan is the only employee that greets you and makes you feel welcomed !."

"Haven't been to Shoe Carnival in many years, but I've been a little disappointed with Famous Footwear as of late. My wife and I found some shoes we really liked. The ladies at the checkout were really customer service friendly. I've already downloaded the app, and will be going back."

"Although I bought 3 pairs of decent children's shoes, the low rating is for the total lack of customer service. Not a single greeting, offer to help find, suggest an item, or even a smile from either of the two people I encountered while shopping. My grandson and I were the only shoppers in the store, and no one was interested in us. At all. The cashier even seemed annoyed that a 3-year-old was trying to make conversation with her. I'll likely not return to, nor recommend this Shoe Carnival location."

"Bought a pair of shoes for a total of $55 but had to return them. Unfortunately I did not have the receipt so my only option was store credit which was totally fine. When they processed my return it came to $43 I told the cashier that it wasn’t the correct total amount I paid she said shoes go on sale all the time and she can’t change it. I walked to the wall where the shoes were and they were still priced at $49.99 if they were on sale why wouldn’t there be a sale tag with a price change? She then called her manager on the phone in front of me to discuss options and left out every possible detail that could help my situation all she said was I didn’t have a receipt. It was as though she simply did not want to help me. After everything was said and done and I got my gift card was when she mentioned she probably could have looked it up with the card I had used for my original purchase. Thanks? That would have been very helpful why didn’t she mention this was an option in the beginning especially if it meant giving me my full refund. I had to call the customer service number to put in a complaint and receive the rest of my refund which I’m very grateful for how helpful they were and how quickly they processed my money. Absolutely terrible experience from the cashier that was no help at all and I will go to a different location from now on."

"Good selection. Didn't buy anything because the older woman employee was obviously following me from aisle to aisle, pretending to work. She Didn't speak once. I even went to an aisle I didn't need to go to see if she would follow. And guess what! I'll keep my money."
