"Pharmacy cashier workers are misinformed and rude. I have been taking allergy medication for 35 years. I know that you can only purchase 3.9 milligrams of sudafed per month. I asked for two boxes of the smallest dose. 'WE CAN'T DO THAT", I said that the max was 3.9 mg and that I had done it for years. Now two Rx cashiers start to argue. I asked how many 12 hour were in box, "20". Ok, How many mg? "60"..... Ok, I'll take two of the smaller dosage.. "WE CAN'T DO THAT, IT'S THE LAW". No it's not. Box contains 24- 30mg tablets. So two boxes equal 1440mg = 1.44 grams. Legally I could buy 3 + boxes. I've done this for years. Pollen is horrible. The staff at counter is misinformed, RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE. They never asked the pharmacist for clarification. I WILL NEVER RETURN. I got my 2 boxes and the pharmacy down the street. Goodbye Walgreens and especially this staff."

"Is my second time after switching from. CVS. Going back to CVS now, customer services is awful and not helpful in any way. Are this people studying to be nurse or going to med? I get the feeling they think they are above their role of been a pharmacist, is pretty pathetic. The drive thru is a joke and walk in even worse. Not even a Hello when you go inside, are you not aware ppl who aren't feeling well are come in to get their medicine??? I hope these are not going to be nurses or doctors one day, Honestly, please find another vocation. Thanks"

"Went in 3 different times to use the Photo to print a picture...and people are on it for hour at time inconsiderate of others.. There should be a time limit for people like myself who work for a living and need get a picture on my lunch hour. Spoke to the Manager told her was gonna write a bad review so Corporate could change the Policy and she said go ahead she didn't care."
