"McAllen Tx. Store# 00684 These people lack customer service skills, efficiency and customer care. There more worried about hiding behind the jean racks by the door incase someone runs out with an item, that’s the impression we got. No help whatsoever just stereotype employees. Tasteless."
"I went in to process a return on some items I bought online. I used to work for American Eagle in another location so I know the return policy like the back of my hand. I presented the items and the employee a girl examines them and finds a loose thread on the jeans I didn’t cause. She asked if they were used and I said once, I obviously tried on the items after they arrived to my house because I ordered them ONLINE. And she calls her manager over. The manager doesn’t even look at the items and says “sorry we can’t return used items.” And they were so condescending about it I felt so embarrassed. Their store was quiet and I felt everyone staring at me. I felt so uncomfortable so all I said was okay. They were so rude about it and the entire ordeal was over in 2 minutes. I left in tears with my sister. At the location I previously worked at we handled returns with care and attention in a timely manner. But they brushed this under the rug so fast and abruptly."
"I recently changed my rating to 4 star because of the nice friendly staff on duty at the dressing room area. It really makes a difference in the shopping experience. Quality clothing with high prices. Not as affordable but you can easily find a deal. Staff is friendly and store was clean and inviting. Clothes are limited selection with average style."
