"This is our go to place for keto cookies. Today I ordered my mom a crème brûlée bazookie for her birthday. Once it arrived it was not crème brûlée. I called to asked the store if it was still a keto cookie to make sure before giving it to someone and the 2 girls working just thought it was funny. Didn’t apologize and just said let DoorDash know they will refund you. Hadn’t experienced this at this location before. Their cookies are amazing just was disappointed in the way the employees thought it was funny."
