"Trucker : takes forever to get unloaded 4 h and 30 minutes and still waiting, other than that ,they starting unloading at 0500 , you can park on street and wait till gate opens. They are nice they have a clean bathroom to use if needed,"

"After arriving late for appointment due to Houston's unforseen traffic my load was refused and told to reschedule had to go thru corporate to actually talk to someone in recieving and was told the first appointment available was a week later.when we arrived we were told he couldn't unload us due to a other truck coming in to be unloaded now mind you we arrived at 615 and the other delivery didn't arrive u til 1100 am for their appointment therefore I lost money, my company lost money the broker lost money and I'm assuming us autoforce lost money. There have no desire in customer service otherwise they work harder from the ground up. Very difficult to deal with or speak with at this location."
"Friendly and quick to get unloaded. They need a forklift however because a clamp plate will tear up the walls of the plate trailer. That is why only 4 stars...slamming pallets to ,twist them away from walls to clamp."
