"I tell you what, a few weeks ago I went into a competitors' store. I won't name names, but let's call them "O'smileys." Those guys must hate their jobs because the whole interaction was terrible. I didn't get what I needed, but the experience made me hesitant to go into another auto parts store. From the second that I walked into Auto Zone, they were friendly and helpful.
