"Ya because i just love to throw out thousands of dollars and not accept help from you. They did nothing to help me because of their screw up on the rear axle they sent me. Again pay extra somewhere else and have it done correctly the first time even if i had to wait longer for parts and repair it would have been worth it. I have almost 16k into the rear between purchase of axle shipping and having it installed.Then two weeks later having the whole rear rebuilt including new bearings on pinion, carrier and axles."

"I figured i would buy one of their remanufactured axles despite the other bad review i saw on here for one of my hotshot drivers trucks, BOY what a mistake!! The woman Natalie blamed me for not doing a proper break in and will not be covering the axle. The rear was making odd noise right after install and was hoping it just needed to wear in but that was not the case, major wear metal on the magnet despite cleaning it off several times and the diff fluid is getting toasted at temps of 370 on a unloaded cab and chassis F550."

"Bought a reman rear differential from them that was not built to spec. Oil slinger not installed on yoke, parking brake shoes not set prior to installing hubs, backlash@.014 spec is .005-.008 nfg. Rear showed signs of failure around 2k miles still no core refund in over a month buyer beware"
