"There’s a white skinny guy with glasses that’s really rude. I was pulling out my phone to look up my dad’s automotive address for a discount and he was like “oh so you’re not employed there” with a nasty attitude. I respond with no he’s my dad and he just brushes it off. I open up Google maps because I have it saved there, and here he comes with another comment saying “oh so you’re looking for an address on Google!?!” Mind you I haven’t given this guy any type of attitude I was legit neutral. I hope you see this bro, I’m sure your managers will show you this, for feedback. I was nice enough to not be reactive towards it in the moment but had I been anyone else it would’ve definitely been worse. I thin the managers should have him do training or put him on some type of correction training to fix his attitude. Other than that every experience I’ve had in that store has been good."

"I was told part had be ordered pickup next day. Here iam in store next day as I told associate behind counter parts were not delivered, he told me had to drive 3 miles because to the next store they were in stock. He could have those parts delivered to his store. Hello duh!!!!"

"Battery died on me, and went straight to the Zone of Auto since it was literally right up the street. They tested the vehicle, and of course battery was dead. So we get the price of the battery, and are asked if we need an install. We ended up needing assistance, so the man helping us says he cannot help us, but has a mechanic who could assist us for $40....I was pretty certain most places did this service free with purchase. So I call up O Reillys, and of course their battery is cheaper, and nobody was trying to charge for a free battery install!!! We were in and out in under 30 minutes. Ive always used The Zone of Auto for my mechanical needs, but I am a changed customer forever! O'REILLY has a customer for life. :)"
