"It's undeniable that Audi as a brand is in a class of its own in the automotive world and so is the service and customer service at this location. While the brand is held in high regards the service and customer service at this location is lowest I've ever experienced of any dealership ...who did I deal with? Scott Sheley was unbelievably rude and for most part lied repeatedly....hey Lyndsey still waiting for that call back or response you was getting from Mr Hudson....its been how long now? Why did I pay of 3k and half the services you said you would do wasn't done? Why is that? What services you may ask ... well the vehicle inspection ..car wash for starters..now I can't speak on the sales team at this location but I will say if you buy from here plan on going elsewhere for service because the way you are treated will be day and night and it doesn't Matter how much you spending for the repairs....I mean a replacement key cost over 3k which I gladly pay if the service matched the bill"
