"Phenomenal experience at discount hitch! I came from out of town needing to get a brake controller wired same day and they got me in immediately. I needed to work remotely while I waited and they kindly provided me a quiet place to take my meetings. I was having so much trouble getting my Subaru Forester fit with a hitch and wired up to tow a camper (Subaru makes the Wilderness models with higher towing capacity than usual, but no wiring or factory hitch to support it). Many other places turned me away because it wasn’t a “normal job” but Hector figured out how to do it right away, and made sure I was done in time to pick up my camper later that day and head home. I can’t recommend them enough, really great experience!"

"1st time hitch buyer here. I did some research so I knew generally what I needed for my 5th wheel but not specifically. Called and spoke to Victoria, sent her some pics of my current truck bed and let her take it from there. Brought my truck in, spoke with Hector and by the end of the day it was ready to rock. They were friendly, knowledgeable, quick and set me up with just what I needed. 2 days later I went to Dallas, hooked up my new to me RV and brought it back down here to Houston without a problem. Good folks!!"
