"This place is great and the service is top notch. When I bought my truck, 13 year ago, they put in my radio and cameras. They did such a good job, I had them do my wife’s SUV (tvs and dvd player). Fast forward to now, 2024 and they helped me update that radio and camera and did it swiftly cause they knew I needed it done that day. The techs even stayed a little later to finish that task. I also had them do my wife’s radio and window tint, and again they did a rush job because she needed her car next day. Highly recommend this place for your car/truck enhancement needs!"

"Im willing to change to 5 stars if they fix my issue. If you see 1 star, that means they left me hanging and never fixed the problem. Short version: 1 star because they give you the runaround when they damage your vehicle. What they really want me to do is get so tired of waiting for the claim process that I give up and they keep their money. Long version: I brought 2002 4runner here 7/5/23. During their install of my new stereo, they cracked my bezel, which honestly at the time was not a big deal. They called me over the phone and let me know that something got damaged. I went to pick up my truck and they showed me the damage and let me know that a claim has already been put in for it. They made sure my email and phone number was correct and told me they would keep me updated during the process of the claim within a few days. A couple of weeks later I heard nothing from them so I had to call them for an update. Told me the claim was accepted now they are looking for the part. Cool A couple more weeks go by I get no email or phone call about an update. So I call again to see whats going on. They tell me the same thing that they are looking for the part. I decide to go in the store after about 6 weeks of waiting and talk to a physical person. The Install manager who installed my stereo personally came up and told me that hes been trying to reach me because they have been needing my VIN#. He also asked me to verify my email and number correct. I give him all the info. Watched him take picture of the VIN with his phone. Told me he would keep me updated. Over a month after getting my vin went by and I never heard anything. I decide to call and the store manager tells me they been trying to reach me because they need my VIN#. I told him they already got all that a month ago. He said let me get your name and number down and we will call you. How many times you need to write my number down? I decided to go in the store because I know they wont call. Went in only to have the store manager tell me they are looking for the part. I tried to ask for a partial refund but they gave me some excuse. So I just accepted the fact that they damaged my vehicle and I dont get anything for it."

"The staff here are all amazing! They are knowledgeable, experienced, and very helpful. I came here to get ceramic tint all around on my Corolla (20% front/5% back) and black gloss wrap for my hood and roof. Overall, they did an awesome job, and I love the way everything turned out! The tint looks perfect and feels much cooler inside the car. The wrap is sturdy, clean, and is a beautiful contrast to the red on my car. I definitely recommend checking this place out for all your audio, security, electronics, and custom car needs!"
