Even though I arrived later than expected and some additional work was required, the mechanics and receptionist were all accommodating, finishing everything within 3 hours, with competitive pricing for service. My car drives like it's new. A++ recommended. I will be back here for all my auto needs."

They do prompt work, get things right the first time, and never pad their charges with a “boat payment” or recommend unnecessary services to inflate the bill. "Was going to this place for a while but I think they changed owners. People there now are sleazy. They told me the price for changing brakes, then called back about braking fluid acting like it was optional. Told me it was being worked on already after we decided to cancel. They decided not to charge us for braking fluid and told us it’d be two hours after already waiting 3 hours for a test I scheduled ahead of time. Again, keep in mind I made an appointment for that day a week before. Then because I was already heading there on an Uber I had to wait, not 2 hours but 4 more hours. While I’m waiting across the street I notice that they hadn’t even started on it until 3 hours and 30 minutes after they said it'd be 2 hours. So I waited about 7 hours in total for something I scheduled ahead of time, and that they told me would only take a few hours. Not only did they lie, try to cheat me, but they didn’t take my appointment seriously either. Never going back. Seems like a lot of these places are like this here."

"took my car here a week ago. They had to fix the wheel bearing and put some lug nuts on the driver's side rear tire. They didn't put the cap back on the rim. Here is the before picture where you can see the piece that's missing. So, when I went back to the shop to let them know they didn't put it back on, the lady in the front asked the guys in the shop. Then, she argues with me that it was put back on. Well, it's obviously missing... It didn't just fall off while I was driving. I can't stand businesses that are unprofessional and dismissive. They were nonchalant about it. Although it's a small part, it's still MY property. She then says something about when I had it towed (to imply that's why it's missing).. I then told her that I have pictures of the wheel while it was getting towed; and that the cap is on the rim in the pictures. She replied by asking to see the pictures (as if she didn't believe me). Smh! I showed her the pictures and she said they would keep looking for the cap and call me. Twenty minutes later, she calls back, and says the guys are sure they put the cap back on. If they were so sure, why did they have to look for it and can call me back? I guess it just disappeared into thin air. Who knows... I then told her that I won't ever come there again. PLEASE pay attention to your parts when you pick up your vehicles. I had my son pick it up for me I had to work that day. So, he didn't pay any attention to it. You wouldn't think you would have to remind a "mechanic shop" to put a part back on your car.."
