Sam's Club Tire & Battery

"I would never recommend getting tires from here. To get my tires simply rotated I had to drive to the sam's club to make an appointment that would be several hours later. I tried calling several times earlier trying to make an appointment over the phone, because there is no option to make an appointment online, and when I told the guy at the desk this he just shrugged and said there is no one to man the phone. This is ridiculous, it is something so small. I just wanted to make an appointment to rotate my tires, it should not be this complicated, but they don't seem interested in making a change. I'm just going to get my tires from somewhere else next time, from another business that has a cleaner process of handling tire rotations."

"Best price in town. Paid $661.44 for 4, Pirelli Scorpion Verde A/S II tires, 265/60/R18. Great looking tire. Nice great looking tire, Way less tire noise than the previous Micheline Latitude Tour HP's I had on before. $80 off tires and $40 off install. Discount Tire could not match the install. Also, Sam's install comes with Road side assistance. It took about an hour to install. Clean workshop friendly staff. Took about 5 days for tires to arrive. They did explain since I purchased the tires, I must be the one to follow up for tire rotations and repairs. Update 11-20-2020: just came off a road trip. Tires were awesome, amazed at the tire quietness. Update Feb/2021: had a low tire, I could not find the leak. Made an appointment. They found a small nail and repaired it. Great service."

"Been standing at the register for 30 mins while the couple in front of me is having an extended conversation with the employee. He never acknowledged me but not sure why they need to talk that long."

"They are usually have a good customer service but The last time I went there, they lost my car jack, when I asked them they said it wasn't there and they walked away, I told them check the camera, but they did not care!"

"My tires are under warranty with Sam’s Club Tire & Battery. Well, I have a nail in one of my tires, so I find a Sam’s to get my tire fixed. The mechanic informs me that the repair will take a while, since he’s the only one working at the moment. Not wanting to wait, for the mechanic who is working inside instead of on vehicles, I make an appointment for the next morning. I tell him that my membership is not linked to the tire purchaser, yet he implies there shouldn’t be a problem. I arrive back at Sam’s the next morning for my appointment. A different person is working and informs me that I cannot get my tire fixed without the Sam’s Club member who purchased the tires. I didn’t get my tire fixed!"
