"I was working on my delivery ground route and it was icky & rainy. I was hungry and needed a snack to help me make thru the hectic day. Used the vending machine located at a luxury complex and it took my $5. I was disappointed. Peoples biggest irk and fear is that the machines do that! lol! Anyways, I emailed the company and rec'd a callback within 48 hrs. Clara was awesome and polite. I appreciated her call. They will forward my money back. I know its a small amount, but maybe they can get out there and get it fixed and the machine not accumulate other peoples money. lol Plus when you get your mind set on that snack, it hits you hard when you don't get it. lol One small complaint tho, I called 1st and several times after, and that was futile. you just hear a recording and it goes in circles and you won't get to talk to anyone. You will have to email."
