"I wouldn't shop at this place, I bought a life time alignment for my car with them two years ago, paid almost 300 dollars. and now they are saying that they cant honor my subscription because they are different owner. They are Firestone, regardless who owns it, they still are Firestone. I will not go back to them they take your money and when you need them again they come up with the saying "We are different owner"."

"Parking in front of facility with garage on the side. Staff is bilingual: English and Spanish for sure. The check in was speedy. The service wait time was reasonable. They have complementary coffee and a vending machine that excepts $1’s, $5’s, coins, and debit/credit card payments. The oil change prices are super reasonable!!! Seating: a couch, chairs, and tables with chairs. Personally, this was my first time at this location. I recommend this professional and convenient location. Thanks Mrs. Lupe and mechanics!"

"A issue developed with a damaged part being ship for replacement. That fact coupled with the realization that the part shipped was not the one needed. One Stop documented the discrepancies and provided options to getting the job done. The work took a bit longer to complete and to my suprise they did not increase their labor cost. One Stop is a stand up auto repair shop. Highly recommended."

"I called this place to quote repairs for my vehicle. This company was recommended by a close friend since I have been unable to find time to look for a mechanic. The owner spoke to me in English since I presume he didn’t think I spoke Spanish, and the service, to say the least, was very questionable. He started talking very negatively about black people in Spanish before muting the call. I was passed on to somebody else, but after hearing the way the owner expresses himself about people he doesn’t even know simply because I’m black made me not want to come here. I can’t believe in the year 2023 there’s people who are comfortable being openly racist to others. I will be looking for somewhere else to take my car to. Since the owner believes he’s too good to deal with me than my money is not enough for him either. Please support small businesses that aren’t owned by racists. God bless."
