"I bought a refill in a 7 eleven mug that I bought for refills, the cashier charged me for the price of regular drink like I was using theirs cups, unbelievable!! I ask him why he was charging that amount and he said because that’s the price and he had a rude attitude, it was a very bad experience. If the manager saw this please talk to them about the refill prices . I went there at 9:00 pm on 02/09/24 ."
"This 711 has gotten a lot worse over the last couple months. Every time I stop for gas another pump is out of order. One even has a hose completely disconnected from the pump laying in the parking lot! The carwash is completely run down and broken but still takes payment. I wouldn't trust it on my car so I just gave up the $10 and left. There's also bags of trash sitting outside by the front door, but that seems to be the least of their problems."
"Stopped in for lunch at the Wendy’s at this location. Went to the restrooms to wash my hands and their was no hand soap. Informed the cashier at the 7/11 who was sitting on a bucket.. She yawned, rolled her eyes and never said a word nor did she put hand soap in the restroom. Will be notifying the city health department as well."
"This 7-11 is absolutely horrible. The young guy that has refused me service because he is too busy is not only rude but likes to play with his phone instead of helping customers. I wouldn't recommend going here for anyone."
"Went in for 3 items that would've been $8 but when the clerk rang me up it came out to be $15. I asked for a receipt and the lady refused to give me one. After I asked how much each item was she began to act like she didn't know English and gave me an attitude when I wanted a refund. This store is SCAMMING people so watch out and get a receipt if you can."
