"Been awhile since I've been to this location. Food and drink was good as usual. They were out of sleeves and I wasn't made aware of it and I burned my hand on the cup. Good customer service would have been to offer a double cup or just doing it automatically. Not loving the remodel. The new seating area is not as homey and feels claustrophobic. Placement of the register causes the line to snake between the tables which is awkward for customers using the tables and for people(especially someone who is disabled) in line."
"Always great employees who make me happy I chose to stop by. Drinks always made perfectly and I love the impossible sandwich option for a quick lunch after work. Recommend the location to everyone."
"First of all, Starbucks is a big greedy corporation that treats it's employees like garbage. I don't ever support unless I have to. Today went in to this Starbucks, ordered a super overpriced coffee and waited.....and....waited.....7 people working but their priority was their mobile pick up business, followed by drive through.....then apparently me. I think even when I have to, I'll avoid even though I need my fix."
"This is definitely my go to location because it's really close to my apt. The drive thru is usually super busy but it moved steadily but today I went inside because I had to go to the restroom. As soon as I walked in one of the nice lady's welcomed me and when the man in front of me was done ordering another really nice guy took my order and he had a very professional attitude, overall really good attitude from all the employees actually. The guy that took my order asked me how to spell my name & idk why but I like that. I ordered 2 venti caramel ribbon crunch frappuccinos and they were done so fast I was actually really surprised bc it was kind busy. The restroom was really clean and smelled good, not every place I go to has soap in the restroom but they did. Would absolutely recommend this location!"
