"Worst experience ever. I tried to return a purchase I recently made for $160 dlls and the supervisor refused to return it claiming it had a different color of the plastic holding the tag! This is ridiculous! They were so promptly to charge me with that same tag attached. I will never purchase at Guess again nor will I recommend it to anyone. I work in the retail industry myself and this is unacceptable. Customer service experience was non existent."

"I am so disappointed in guess. I spent $800 just yesterday onto the dresses fit a little too tight so I came to return them and was told I could not return these two dresses. The young lady behind the counter went further inside that during every transaction, they verbalized whether the clothing can be returned, or not return. I can guarantee nobody’s informed me that I could not return my items I purchased. I made sure to come promptly back to their store and was treated so disrespectful. They state these two dresses are special occasion dresses. No where on the tag does it state special occasion and the dresses that I chose were in the middle of the store with the regular clothes. It’s so sad they are going yo this extent and making tricky tactics to scheme customers into not being able to return items. I’m wondering if they’re going through any financial difficulties."
"The supervisor Roxy was so unprofessional very rude and disrespectful she over looked my return saying she found stain on it and did not wanna make the return never have I worn this jacket ..I have been shopping at this guess store for years and never have I had a problem... definitely not goin back worse customer service ever!"
