"Received wonderful customer service on the phone and in the store from Brent on 7/21/23. He helped me big time when I was having issues getting all the brake parts I needed. I was ordering online having difficulty but once I got him on the phone, he helped me get exactly what was needed. All worked out well thanks to his help, I picked up and got the parts in time before mobile mechanic arrived at my home."

"Never walked into the old NAPA so I can’t say much about that but I will say I have heard a lot. Now is it true or not, I’ll never know but I will say, I went into the new Napa and this place is great from appearance to knowledge. Daily drivers to weekend High performance needs, this group has the knowledge. Very competitive with pricing in all aspects especially when it comes to the weekend warrior. Good job guys and keep up the hard work y’all have done. I will definitely be back."
